R8 hose is a composite high-pressure hose with a thermoplastic polyester elastomer inner tube, a high-strength fiber (such as aramid fiber or polyester fiber) braided reinforcement layer, and a polyurethane outer covering layer, which complies with the SAE 100R8/EN 855 R8 international standard.

Structural design
R8 hose consists of an inner tube layer, a reinforcement layer, and an outer covering layer. The inner tube layer is made of high-quality hydraulic fluid-resistant thermoplastic materials, such as nylon (PA11, PA12), to ensure good compatibility with various hydraulic fluids, stable delivery of synthetic, petroleum or water-based hydraulic oil, and a wide range of applications. The reinforcement layer is woven from one or two layers of synthetic fibers, mostly polyester thread, aramid fiber, etc., which greatly improves the strength and pressure resistance of the hose and can withstand huge pressure under high-pressure conditions. The outer covering layer is made of weather-resistant and hydraulic fluid-resistant thermoplastic materials, such as polyurethane (PU), which not only protects the internal structure, but also gives the hose excellent wear resistance, aging resistance and weather resistance, extending its service life.

Working pressure: a 20% safety margin needs to be reserved (such as the maximum system pressure of 200bar, the specification should be selected above 250bar);
Media compatibility: confirm that the inner tube material matches the conveying medium (such as phosphate esters need to use thermoplastic polyester elastomer inner tube);
Environmental adaptability: high temperature environment (>80℃) It is recommended to use a high temperature resistant polyurethane outer coating.
Installation and maintenance
Avoid excessive bending of the hose (bending radius ≥ minimum value) to prevent the reinforcement layer from breaking;
Regularly check the wear of the outer coating and add grease every 500 hours;
R8 hoses should be stored away from direct sunlight and the temperature should be controlled at -20℃ to 40℃.
