The main production process of high-pressure pipes: heating of tube billets and billets, perforation of tube billets, and extension of steel pipes.
Rolling of high-pressure pipes, sizing and reducing of steel pipes, cooling and finishing of steel pipes, or heating of steel billets, perforation, hot rolling, pickling, cold drawing, carbon burning, head cutting, spraying, packaging, and finished products. A method for manufacturing seamless steel pipes, characterized in that: a rolling stand with multiple rollers is set up, and multiple mandrel-type seamless pipe mills are continuously configured in different rolling directions. After rolling the seamless steel pipe on such a manufacturing production line, the wall thickness of the rolled steel pipe in the circumferential direction is measured at multiple points. According to the measurement results, at least the positions of the two ends of each axis of the rollers on the final rolling stand of the mandrel-type seamless pipe mill are controlled separately to minimize the uneven wall thickness.
General alloy pipes> alloy pipes> alloy pipes> high-pressure alloy pipes are referred to as seamless steel pipes, which are made of ordinary carbon steel, high-quality carbon steel, ordinary low-alloy steel, and alloy structural steel, and are used to make liquid conveying pipelines or structures and parts.
High-pressure pipes are supplied according to outer diameter and wall thickness. There are multiple wall thicknesses under the same outer diameter, and the pressure range of high-pressure pipes is relatively large. Usually, the length of steel pipes is 3-12.5m for hot-rolled pipes and 1.5-9m for cold-drawn (rolled) pipes.
