Pressure gauges are generally divided into three types: total pressure, static pressure and dynamic pressure.
The pressure sensing element for dynamic pressure velocity measurement is the pressure gauge. Pressure gauges are divided into total pressure gauges, static pressure gauges and dynamic pressure gauges. The pressure measurement system consists of a pressure gauge, a connecting pipe, and a display and recording instrument. After the pressure gauge measures the dynamic pressure, the flow rate of the fluid is calculated. The pressure gauge can measure both liquid and gas flow.
The pressure gauge characterizes the degree of closeness between the same measured quantity under the same conditions, using the same instrument and the same operator for multiple measurements. In other words, it indicates the repeatability of the measurement, which is usually described by random errors. The larger the random error, the poorer the measurement repeatability of the pressure gauge, and vice versa.
