After using the Sewer Cleaning Hose, timely and correct cleaning can extend its service life and ensure the effect of the next use.
Before cleaning, turn off the water source and the power supply of the equipment (if it is an electric device). Then, carefully remove the hose from the pipe and equipment to avoid damage caused by violent pulling.
For hair and debris attached to the outside of the hose, you can directly remove it with your hands, or use a soft brush to brush along the texture of the hose to remove larger particles of dirt.
For oil, scale, etc. remaining inside, you can prepare a basin of warm water and add an appropriate amount of neutral detergent. Put one end of the hose in the basin and connect the other end to the faucet. Turn on the faucet and let the water flow drive the detergent to circulate in the hose. Rinse for 10-15 minutes. If the dirt is stubborn, repeat this step or use a special pipe cleaning brush to reach into the inside of the hose and scrub.
After cleaning, rinse the inside and outside of the hose with plenty of clean water to ensure that there is no detergent residue. After that, let the Sewer Cleaning Hose dry naturally. It can be coiled and placed in a dry and ventilated place to avoid direct sunlight. Do not store it before it is dry to prevent the growth of bacteria and the production of odors.
