Proper cleaning and storage of Paint Spray Hoses can extend their service life and avoid blockage and damage.
1. Cleaning steps
After spraying, rinse the inside of the hose with a matching solvent immediately to prevent the paint from solidifying
When using a special cleaning agent, rinse repeatedly 3-5 times to ensure that there is no residue
Focus on cleaning the joints to avoid dried paint affecting the next connection
2. Drying treatment
Hang the hose to dry and keep it in a naturally straight state
Blow out the remaining moisture in the tube with compressed air
No exposure or high-temperature baking to prevent the hose from deforming
3. Storage requirements
Store it in a coil after complete drying, with a coil diameter of not less than 8 times the diameter of the hose
Avoid folding or heavy pressure to prevent permanent creases
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources
4. Regular inspection
Check whether the hose is hardened, cracked or expanded before use
Replace it in time if the tube wall is found to be sticky or the elasticity is reduced
Persistent cleaning after each construction can keep the Paint Spray Hose unobstructed and ensure normal use next time. It is recommended to use a special bracket for storage to avoid random stacking.
