1. Pipe inner diameter: the inner diameter of the hose.
2. The following matters should be noted when using and designing the hose:
1. The bending radius of the hose should not be too small, and generally should not be less than the value specified in the "Technical Characteristics of Hydraulic Hose Assemblies". There should be a straight section at the connection between the hose assembly and the pipe joint, and the length of this section should not be less than twice the outer diameter of the pipe.
2. The length of the hose assembly should take into account that the hose will shrink and deform in length after the pressure oil is introduced, and the general shrinkage is 3-4% of the pipe length. Therefore, when the hose assembly is installed, it is not allowed to be in a tensioned state.
3. The hose assembly should be installed to ensure that no torsion deformation occurs. The axis of the hose joint should be placed in the plane of movement as much as possible to avoid damage to the hose when the two ends move against each other.
4. The hose should avoid contact and friction with the sharp corners of the machine to avoid damage to the pipe.
3. Safety measures: In order to ensure the safe and reliable use of the hose assembly, pay special attention to the following matters.
1. Pressure: The working pressure specified for the hose should not be less than the maximum system pressure under normal circumstances. It is only allowed to increase by 20% when it is not often used; it should be reduced by 40% for those that are frequently used and often bent and twisted. If the impact pressure of the system is higher than the working pressure specified for the hose, it will not only reduce the service life of the hydraulic hose, but also may cause personal equipment accidents.
2. Temperature: The fluid temperature and the ambient temperature, whether stable or instantaneous, must not exceed the temperature resistance limit of the hose. Temperatures lower or higher than the recommended temperature of the hose can reduce the performance of the hose, causing damage to the hose and thus leakage.
3. Fluid compatibility: The fluid in the hose should comply with the provisions of the "Use" in the product sample. If it is used beyond the regulations, the service life and safety of the pipe cannot be guaranteed.
4. Appropriate end connection: Nut connection is widely used because of its convenience and low cost. However, in the case of large vibration, the loosening of the nut should be fully considered and flange connection should be adopted.
