Ultra High Pressure Hoses play an important role in many industries and special operations. Only good selection and installation can ensure safety and normal use.
Purchasing:
First look at the pressure requirements. For example, if the working pressure of your equipment is 200 MPa, the rated pressure of the hose must exceed this number. It is safer to choose 250 MPa. The material is very important. Rubber materials are more wear-resistant. If corrosive liquids are transmitted, such as some chemical raw materials, it is better to choose polyurethane materials with good chemical resistance. The size must be appropriate. The inner diameter must meet the flow requirements, and the outer diameter must match the interface of the connected equipment, otherwise it cannot be installed. Choose a brand with quality assurance and see if there is any relevant certification, so that the quality is guaranteed.
Installation:
Before installation, clean the connection area and avoid dust and oil stains, otherwise the seal will not be good. Use the right connector to connect and tighten it according to the specified torque. If it is too loose, it will leak, and if it is too tight, it may be damaged. The bending radius must be appropriate. The Ultra High Pressure Hose cannot be bent too much. There are standards in the manual, otherwise it will break easily. Don't let the hose touch sharp objects, such as metal corners at the installation site, which are easy to scratch. After installation, a pressure test should be performed to see if there are any leaks so that the entire system can work safely.
