There is no fixed standard for the service life of Ultra High Pressure Hoses. It depends primarily on the working pressure, the medium being transported, the operating environment, and maintenance. Proper use can effectively extend their service life.
Under normal operating conditions, if the actual working pressure does not exceed 80% of the rated pressure, clean and non-corrosive media are being transported, and frequent bending and dragging are avoided, the service life is typically 3-5 years. However, prolonged operation at pressures close to the rated pressure, or transporting media containing particulate impurities or corrosive media, will accelerate wear on the hose's inner wall and material aging, potentially shortening the service life to 1-3 years. High or low temperatures, or exposure to outdoor sunlight will also reduce the hose's material stability, further shortening its service life.
Our Ultra High Pressure Hoses feature a high-quality reinforcing layer combined with a high-pressure resistant inner tube. They undergo rigorous pressure testing and aging tests to ensure structural strength and durability. The products are suitable for transporting various media and maintain stable performance over a wide temperature range.
Users are advised to follow the instructions in the user manual, regularly check the hose surface for damage or bulges, and promptly replace any aged or damaged hoses. As the manufacturer, we provide professional selection guidance and compatible accessories to help users maximize the service life of hoses and ensure safe use.
